  • Never! We tailor the classes and movements for all abilities, and we welcome people of all ages, where ever you are on your fitness journey.

    We have foundational classes and all our strength classes are paced appropriate based on the abilities within the class.

  • You can sign up and view our membership packages here.

  • There is no fixed contract in place, but once you start a membership, there is a 1 month notice period needed.

  • Yes we offer a 7 day free trial which you can find here

  • Unfortunately yes, our facilities are for over 18s.

  • There are no hidden joining fees.

  • No, come in whatever you feel most comfortable in.

  • Yes, we have lockers to put your things in. You can bring your own padlock should you wish.

  • We have a shower available for members to use. Please do bring your own towel.

  • A full clear of the equipment is done weekly and regular maintenance checks are carried out.

  • Free parking is available directly outside for anyone to use.

  • Yes. We are here to give you non-stop guidance with our nutrition plans to understand what calories & Macronutrients you need to put into your body to reach your goals. Learn more

  • We only allow liquid chalk to be used

  • No, all equipment is available for anyone to use. Members can book a space using our scheduling system.

  • No, but children can wait whilst a parent is attending a class.

  • There are no restrictions, as long as your tripod isn’t going to be in the way of another member, or become a trip hazard.

  • Equipment such as skipping/jump ropes are allowed.

  • We have toilets, a private shower room and lockers.
