On January 24th–26th, HYROX will return to Manchester for the second time this season.

Not only are we back with our Open, Doubles & Pro divisions, but for the first time ever, we’re introducing the Myprotein Friday Night Relays — a night dedicated entirely to relay teams, running from 19:00 to 21:00.

Known for its vibrant fitness community, Manchester will once again host an unforgettable weekend packed with competition, camaraderie, and personal achievement. With both individual and team divisions on offer, it’s the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and be part of something extraordinary.

Due to the incredible demand for our UK & Ireland events, we implemented a ballot system for ticket entries to ensure a fair chance for everyone. The ballot is now closed.
